Bulk Orders & International Shipping

• Availability – Coco Plus offers bulk coco peat orders shipped directly from Sri Lanka to Australia and other countries.
• Minimum Order Quantities – Bulk orders are subject to minimum order quantities, which will be confirmed at the time of quotation.
• Lead Times – Production and shipping lead times vary depending on order size, destination, and shipping method. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided upon order confirmation.
• Shipping & Customs – International bulk orders are shipped under agreed Incoterms. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and local delivery fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment Terms – Payment terms for bulk orders will be confirmed in writing. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full or as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Cancellation Policy – Due to the made-to-order nature of bulk shipments, cancellations may incur fees or be refused if production/shipping has commenced.
