1. What is Coco Peat?
Coco peat—also known as coir pith—is a fine, sponge-like byproduct of coconut husk processing. At Coco Plus, our coco peat is made from 100% natural, responsibly sourced coconut coir imported from Sri Lanka, ensuring eco-friendliness and premium quality.

5. Is coco peat environmentally friendly?
Absolutely! Coco peat is a byproduct of coconut processing, making it a sustainable resource. Unlike peat moss, coconuts are harvested frequently and do not involve destructive harvesting practices.
6. How often should I water coco peat products?
Watering depends on your plant type, pot size, and climate. Monitor the surface: water when it feels dry. Coco peat retains moisture well, so be cautious of overwatering.

7. Placing an Order

- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
8. Processing & Shipping
- Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days.
9. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@cocoplus.com.au
- Provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
10. Change of Mind
- Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind
11. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

12. Do you supply bulk orders?
Yes! In addition to our retail products, we can supply bulk coco peat orders directly from Sri Lanka to Australia and other countries worldwide.
- We cater to nurseries, horticultural suppliers, commercial growers, and distributors.
- Bulk orders can be shipped in compressed blocks, grow bags, or customised packaging based on your requirements.
- We arrange shipping from Sri Lanka, handle export documentation, and coordinate delivery to your location in Australia.
- Minimum order quantities and lead times apply, depending on product type and shipping method.
